The bipartisan and bicameral Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Reauthorization Act of 2024 will reauthorize the FAA for five years while creating a safer, cleaner, greener, and more accessible U.S. aviation system.
America’s aviation system carries hundreds of millions of passengers safely to their destinations each year. Air travel also delivers for our economy—strengthening our supply chains, supporting U.S. jobs and driving growth.
This legislation provides a framework to maintain America’s leadership in aviation safety and aerospace innovation, strengthens and diversifies our aviation workforce, improves consumer protections and accessibility, and makes groundbreaking investments in sustainability and resiliency.
