Agenda

The hearing is an opportunity to learn from key stakeholders about the challenges with, and their recommendations for, developing a robust and diverse U.S. aviation workforce. Further, this hearing will examine future workforce needs and current efforts to recruit, retain and enhance the talent pipeline, including requirements under the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018, and other related workforce priorities.
