The hearing will examine the United States Coast Guard and the United States Government Accountability Office regarding the implementation of recommendations of the Accountability and Transparency Review that was conducted after “Operation Fouled Anchor,” the Service’s investigation into sexual assault and sexual harassment at the United States Coast Guard Academy, and efforts to reduce manpower shortages within the Coast Guard.
