Members will receive testimony on the United States Coast Guard’s (Coast Guard or Service) recapitalization efforts, specifically focusing on the Service’s efforts to modernize its surface assets, including the Offshore Patrol Cutters (OPC) and Polar Security Cutters (PSC), air assets, shoreside infrastructure, and Information Technology (IT).
