Members will receive testimony from Michael Whitaker, Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), on the FAA’s oversight of The Boeing Company (Boeing), including the agency’s assessment of and actions in response to Boeing’s comprehensive Product Safety and Quality Plan (the Plan), submitted by Boeing in the wake of a door-plug incident that occurred during Alaska Airlines flight 1282 on January 5, 2024.
