Washington, DC- Today, Chair of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Peter DeFazio (D-OR) and Chair of the Subcommittee on Aviation Rick Larsen (D-WA) announced the subcommittee will hold a hearing titled, “The Leading Edge: Innovation in U.S. Aerospace.” The hearing will examine how new aerospace users and technologies will affect the economy, transportation system, local communities, environment, and public good, as well as the federal government’s role in ensuring the safe integration of these users and technologies into the National Airspace System.
