WASHINGTON, DC— Today, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Rick Larsen (D-WA) applauded the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for awarding $1.2 billion to 39 recipients through the Low-Carbon Transportation Materials (LCTM) Discretionary Grant program.

“The Inflation Reduction Act is rebuilding America while creating good-paying jobs and cleaner and greener infrastructure,” Ranking Member Larsen said. “Today’s funding allows communities nationwide to build game-changing infrastructure while reducing carbon emissions.
