Ranking Member Larsen Celebrates Mega Grant Projects from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law

WASHINGTON, DC— Today, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Rick Larsen (D-WA) applauded the announcement of National Infrastructure Project Assistance program (Mega) grants that will support investments in large infrastructure projects with national or regional impact. 

“Historic Mega grants from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law will allow big projects to come to fruition with even bigger benefits for the communities and regions they serve,” Ranking Member Larsen said. “From the Brent Spence Bridge project that will improve commutes and commerce in Kentucky and Ohio to the Hudson Yards Concrete Casing project that will ensure climate resiliency and reduce gridlock as part of the Hudson Tunnel project, this diverse set of projects will have lasting benefits that drive economic growth and enhance quality of life.”­­
