WASHINGTON, DC— Today, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Rick Larsen (D-WA) applauded the Federal Highway Administration announcement of $400 million for the Charging Fuel Infrastructure (CFI) program, which will be awarded on a competitive basis.
“Today’s notice of funding will help communities build charging and fueling infrastructure to pave the way for a cleaner and greener future,” Ranking Member Larsen said. “The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law is already creating jobs and facilitating the transition to a cleaner transportation sector for years to come by making EVs more accessible for people in the Pacific Northwest and across the country.”
